What are my options for my Senior photos?

I offer my Senior photography clients two options, a Senior Experience, and a Styled Senior Experience.  If the below examples do not fit what you are looking for. Please contact me to discuss your options. Photography should be attainable for everyone.

 

How much do you charge for a Styled Senior Experience?

The Styled Senior Experience is $450 and includes the following:

- An in-person pre-session consultation

- Professional makeup and hair styling

- Up to three outfit changes

- Up to three different locations

- Personalized reveal session and ordering consultation

- Minimum 60 fully edited high-resolution digital images

-$50 print credit

The Styled Senior Experience Session does not include digital images, prints or products. Please contact me for a complete price list for digital images, prints, albums, canvas, etc. as well as packages that provide substantial discounts compared to a la carte prices.

 

How long is a typical Styled Senior Experience?

A Styled Senior Experience session is typically 2 hours, not including hair and makeup.

 

How much do you charge for a Senior Experience?

The Senior Experience is $300 and includes the following:

- A pre-session telephone consultation 

- Up to two outfit changes

- Up to two different locations

- Personalized reveal session and ordering consultation

- Minimum 30 to 40 fully edited high-resolution digital images

The Senior Experience Session does not include digital images, prints or products. Please contact me for a complete price list for digital images, prints, albums, canvas, etc. as well as packages that provide substantial discounts compared to a la carte prices.

 

How long is a typical Senior Experience?

A typical Senior Experience session is 75 to 90 minutes.

 

How do I book my Senior Experience or Styled Senior Experience?

Please call (815-986-4475) or email me ([email protected]) to schedule a date and time for the photo session. After you book your session and make the deposit payment, we will schedule a Pre-Session Consultation which must be done in person. It is important for us to meet prior to the session so we can get to know each other, discuss changes of attire and possible locations for the session, as well as finalize plans as to what you want to achieve from the session.

 

Do you require a deposit at the time of booking?

Yes, I require a deposit equal to 50% of the session fee at the time of booking. The unpaid balance is due 48 hours prior to your scheduled session. I will send an email reminder prior to the deadline for the final payment.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept credit cards and direct bank transfers via PayPal or Venmo. Personal checks, as well as cash are accepted, as well.

 

What are your cancellation and refund policies?

My policy regarding cancellation is that I must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session or the deposit payment is forfeited. If I am notified at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session, I will apply the deposit payment toward a rescheduled session date. My policy is that deposit payments are not refundable under any circumstances.

 

What happens if I want my Senior session to be outdoors and on the day of the session the forecast is for inclement weather?

In the event of inclement weather, I will work with you to schedule an alternative date for the session.

 

Does the Styled Senior Experience also include my digital images?

The Styled Senior Experience fee does not include the digital images. The digital images can be purchased separately for an additional charge. Contact me for details.

 

Does the Styled Senior Experience also include prints?

The Styled Senior Experience fee does not include prints or any products.

 

Can I purchase prints or other products such as albums or wall displays from you?

Yes, you receive a personal ordering consultation providing the opportunity to purchase prints and other products from your session. 

 

Do you have a studio space?

I am primarily an on-location, outdoor photographer. I have access to indoor studio space for sessions on a limited basis.

  

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes, gift certificates are available and are good for one year from the date of purchase. Gift certificates can be used to pay for session fees, purchase digital images or other products.

 

Are you insured?

Yes, I am fully insured by Auto-Owners Insurance Company. Please contact me for policy information.

 

Do you have backup photography gear?

Yes, I always bring extra photography gear to all of my photoshoots in the event something goes awry with any of my equipment.
