My style as a photographer is relaxed, authentic and minimalistic.
I will capture what truly matters, images of your special moments that you will cherish for the rest of your life. Our session will be a fun and memorable experience, personalized for your unique circumstances.
I love shooting sessions outdoors using natural light, and there are a number of excellent locations in Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin area. I like to start my outdoor sessions just prior to the "golden hour", approximately one hour before sunset. If you are interested in an indoor session. I have great suggestions!
Here's what you need to do:
Book your session: Call or email to schedule a date and time for your session.
Schedule your Pre-Session Consultation: After you book your session, we will schedule a Pre-Session Consultation. This can be done either in person or over the phone. We will finalize the location, discuss outfits, and put a plan in place regarding what you want to achieve from our session together.
The Session: I will coach you through every step of the shoot. I will capture you just as you are…. or in classic poses.... or both....as well as everything in-between. Don't be surprised how much FUN your session will be!
Review and Select Your Images: Your images will be fully edited and placed into a password protected gallery for you to view within 14 days of the session date. Please review the images and then contact me to with any questions and to order any prints or other products.
Sessions
Family Portrait Session: Family sessions tell your family's unique and personal story. This is the time to let go of perfection and be human, be authentic, and be in the moment! Your connection with each other is what I will capture and that's all that matters!
Children: For family sessions involving young children, I strongly recommend outdoors sessions. Children seem happier and more relaxed when they are outdoors and able to explore their surroundings.
Senior Portrait Session - I recommend senior portrait sessions take place at multiple locations during the summer prior to, or during the fall semester of your senior year of high school.
